-  Bessie, Mother of Two Daughters and Business Owner

Congratulations to Jennifer and since Nov she started composting, in 4 months time she got it successfully!

"It took me 4 months!" Jennifer said

"Well done!" I said

- Jennifer, Mother of Three and Entrepreneur

And so after 4 months of composting. We collected the food waste compost on a beautiful day with our dearest friend Amy!

The compost is good, no smell, but not yet ready until around 1 - 2 months because we can still see the spaghetti.

Thanks to Amy, we have found a partner studio to store near Pound Lane the food waste compost to further compost, and future use for growing!

We were honored and happy to be invited by the local family dinner together with two families who are using the food recycling bins - Bessie and Jasmine. And we got the impression that parents sometimes are more eco frdly than daughters when it encounters bad smell, daughters yelling "it is too smell!" and mommy continue with the effort! We would like to thank you their support for our organic & perma culture movement! And thank you Amy for sharing her advice and consultation on how to grow better plants & trees?

We later discovered the talents of the daughters on poems, fashion and also music guitar and physics. Thank you for the hot green tea you specially made for me~

"I think it makes not much difference, but please order 4 kg more BOKASHI..."

Thank you to Graeme and Maryjane leading us to beautiful garden and lovely talented kids, that we arrive a nice Korean family that is one of our BOKASHI and FOOD BINS customers in Lantau Island. She is a very skillful gardener and you could see her garden is very fruitful. Her comment is honest about Bokashi System, but she still happily orders 4 kg more! So we wanna say thank you to your continuous support for the Environment!

And we are also happy to listen to views from Jenny on her love for this beautiful green island - Lantau Island and to protect and conserve the environment. We are very honored a local citizen Nick, who lives in Lantau to join our hiking and looking at his appartment from the top of the mountain with his beautiful SON!

Happy Birthday to Jenny, and really excited when Jenny was showing us the food recycling bin

in the kitchen of the environmental group! It was a musical and funny night with lots of music,

dancing and friends!

Lantau Island, Hong Kong APRIL 2016

And so our kind donor of the food waste recycling bins to the bloomberg event for Ark Eden, Clayton. whom also is a vegetarian, was asking where is his bins! We are very honored to have our food box sitting next to the compost area of Ark Eden, where it is an education farm practising perma culture.

It was filled with food waste and ready to be insert into the soil to recycle as fertilizers and back to the nature!

"She is more than 2.5 years old now!"

I see nothing!

Keep walking!

Last time I delivered Bokashi the first time, Janice was a mother with baby in the tummy! This time a cute little girl Lauren, with 2 dogs and Mother Janice were welcoming me! Introducing the beautiful and I think bigger home garden, but smaller baby banana and papaya trees this time, waiting for some Bokashi to help fertilize the growing!

"Try to smell" she handed me a small pieces of leaf , so special and good ingredient for cooking thai food! Watching her drawing and her introducing her 'home' - pink toy house were really pleasant and joyful moment!

Once again we acknowledge the family and their helpers in their continue support for the Environment and Food Recycling!

Schools

"Is that your design?"

One day organic farmer wing whatsapped and asked if this is our product and indeed it is our design! And we are happy and honored to have organic farmer Wing and students from school to use our recycling bins to recycle food waste, and learn how to grow salad! They all seem having fun and making a difference to the Environment! God bless!

Organic Farmer Wing, Hong Kong Feb 2015

"When students use the EM 1 to first soak the seeds, the fertility rate increases, and students are happy about that"

" Thank you for given EM1, and we are using in the secondary school for growing plants. I personally apply EM 1 when soaking the seeds, and it increases the fertility rate, better growth of seeds and rewards. The students are very happy about it. They want to have their next seeds be soaked in EM1  "
