"Problem we are facing"
Global Food Crisis
Roughly one third of food produced in the world for human consumption every year - approximately 1.3 billions tonnes - gets lost or wasted. Even if just one - forth of the food currently lost or wasted globally could be saved, it would be enough to feed 870 million hungry people in the world.

HSBC Building, Central, March 11 2019
I still remembered I was protesting against the landfill incinerator at the moment we were designing the environmental product in 2012. I was listening to all the voices of disagree, cryings from the Cheung Chau citizens and communities, while the government was promoting the safety and urgency of the building the incinerator. As an environmentalist, I was more into the idea of it should be first reduce waste, recycle waste and the last resort to be incinerated. Besides, the pollutants are going to released to the air, through rain and go back to the ocean, poisoning fishes, and fishermen around the area get the fishes and we human beings eat them. I was still thinking whether I should start production of the recycling bins, and outside the Fatima Church I saw Mary. And that's how it get started.
And I could not believe on the day March 11 2019 which marked the earthquake disaster in Japan that on my Thailand trip to learn EM and I was watching on TV how Japanese mourned the victims for the Nuclear Plant, I got an award from HSBC Living Business Award after he delivered a speech on the UN Sustainable Goals.
Once again we would like to thank you HSBC, Business Environmental Council, HKCSS and Hong Kong University!
I was crying, crying and crying....!
